Nestled in a charming countryside setting, this hotel is an ideal spot to unwind. the hotel staff is kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed. Morning meals are a delight, with tasty and nutritious offerings. the establishment provides unlimited access to the nearby onsen spa, as well as transportation to and from the station. Rooms are well-kept, modern, and quite spacious with comfortable bedding. Guests can easily explore the quaint area on complimentary bicycles. the lack of an outdoor garden space to relax in can be a minor drawback.

The staff was extremely helpful during our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, including offering us free rides to nearby locations. The breakfast was delicious and healthy, providing us with a balanced meal. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that the hotel was located near a pottery town, which was a wonderful surprise for me as a pottery enthusiast. the hotel's location was perfect for us, as it was only a short drive away from downtown Sasebo City and had many unique coffee shops and cafes nearby.

Our only complaint was the noise level in our room. Unfortunately, we had guests staying above us who were up very early and made a lot of noise while exercising, causing our room to shake and tremble.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was delighted with the proximity of the hotel to the main town, allowing me to enjoy the shopping and other attractions easily. the complimentary breakfast was a delightful and healthy meal that kept me going for hours. the traditional tea ceremony was a pleasant surprise, and the comfortable lobby seating areas were perfect for relaxing after a busy day.
